Our noodles are made from scratch using premium imported flour from Japan. They are created from a careful process in which the ingredients are mixed and the finished dough is pushed through our top-of-the-line noodle machine. The mixture is pressed into thin dough sheets, and rolled multiple times to ensure a perfectly smooth sheet. After letting the rolls of dough rest, these sheets are thinly sliced to the exact dimensions of the noodles, which are carefully portioned for each serving.

We take pride in using Berkshire pork bone, widely regarded as the best tasting pork breed, as the base for our pork broth. Our broth is prepared from scratch using a state-of-the-art pressure cooker, which infuses flavor into the soup while ensuring it remains rich in quality.

Made From Scratch

Our menu and recipes are developed at our central kitchen in Maryland. We opened RamenYa November 2020 in Glen Burnie, MD to share our homemade noodles, broth, and more throughout the East Coast. These ingredients are either enjoyed by our Maryland customers, or shipped to New Jersey for use at PORA.
